TodayFlow Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 5, 2026
Last updated: May 5, 2026

The short version

TodayFlow does not collect your personal data.

There is no Magnaventa server. There are no user accounts. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no tracking. We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to anyone. Your reminders, calendar events, and planning data stay on your device and inside Apple's frameworks. We never see them.

The rest of this policy explains exactly what that means.

Who we are

TodayFlow is published by Magnaventa LLC ("Magnaventa," "we," "us"), an Ohio limited liability company.

If you have a question about this policy, email support@magnaventa.com.

What TodayFlow does

TodayFlow is an iPhone app that helps you plan your day on top of your existing Apple Calendar and Reminders. It reads from those apps via Apple's EventKit framework, lets you build a planning list and a timeline for the current day, and writes back to Reminders when you add or modify items. The app runs entirely on your device.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

  • Personal information. No name, email address, phone number, location, or contact data.

  • Account data. TodayFlow has no account system and no sign-in.

  • Calendar or reminder content. Your event titles, notes, attendees, due dates, and lists are read by TodayFlow at runtime through Apple's EventKit, used to render your day, and never copied off your device.

  • Analytics or telemetry. We do not use Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, TelemetryDeck, or any analytics SDK. We do not log usage events to any server.

  • Crash reports. We do not use Sentry, Crashlytics, Bugsnag, or any third-party crash reporter. If a crash report reaches Apple's diagnostics, that is handled by your iOS settings, not by us.

  • Advertising or tracking identifiers. TodayFlow does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because TodayFlow does not track you in Apple's ATT sense.

  • Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple, not Magnaventa, handles your card and billing details.

Data that lives on your device

TodayFlow interacts with the following data, all of which stays on your device or inside Apple's frameworks:

  • Reminders and Calendar events. Read and (for Reminders) written through Apple's EventKit. This data lives in your Reminders and Calendar apps, syncs through your iCloud account if you have iCloud enabled, and is governed by Apple's privacy practices, not ours. We do not maintain our own copy.

  • Local planning state. TodayFlow stores a small amount of planning data (which items you have placed on the timeline, your day's plan structure) using Apple's SwiftData framework on your device. This data is also placed in an App Group container so the TodayFlow widget and Live Activity can read it. Nothing in this container leaves your device.

  • Subscription entitlement status. When you subscribe, Apple's StoreKit tells the app whether you currently have access. We see entitlement status only — we do not see your card, your Apple ID, or your purchase history beyond the current entitlement.

Permissions TodayFlow requests, and why

  • Reminders (read and write). Required so TodayFlow can show your reminders on the timeline, mark them complete, edit due dates you adjust, and write items you add through Quick Add.

  • Calendar (read only). Required so TodayFlow can show your calendar events on the timeline. TodayFlow never writes to your calendar.

  • Notifications (local only). Required so TodayFlow can deliver block-start alerts and Live Activity updates. All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push notification server.

You can change any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → TodayFlow

Children

TodayFlow is intended for adults. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from them. If you believe a child has been provided personal information through TodayFlow despite this, please contact us — though as noted above, we do not collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights and choices

Because TodayFlow does not collect your personal data, most data-rights questions resolve simply:

  • Access: there is no Magnaventa-held data to access. Your reminders and calendar events live in Apple's apps; manage them there.

  • Deletion: uninstalling TodayFlow removes the local planning state and the App Group container. Your reminders and calendar events remain in your Apple apps and are not affected.

  • Correction: edit your reminders and calendar events in their respective Apple apps. Your subscription is managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

  • Portability: there is no Magnaventa-held data to export.

Subscriptions

TodayFlow offers a monthly subscription ($4.99) and an annual subscription ($49.99), each with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details.

You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the next App Store release notes.
