TERMS OF SERVICE

ZuZu Stream

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the 

ZuZu Stream application ("App") operated by Magnaventa LLC ("we", "our", 

or "us").

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using ZuZu Stream, you agree to be bound 

by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

ZuZu Stream is an independent third-party client application that provides 

an enhanced interface for accessing UZZU.tv streaming services. 

IMPORTANT: 

• ZuZu Stream does NOT provide any streaming content

• ZuZu Stream is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with UZZU.tv

• All streaming content is provided by UZZU.tv

• A valid UZZU.tv subscription is required to use this App

UZZU.TV SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT

To use ZuZu Stream, you must:

1. Have an active UZZU.tv subscription

2. Agree to UZZU.tv's terms of service

3. Be authorized to access UZZU.tv's services in your jurisdiction

Your relationship with UZZU.tv is separate from your use of this App. We  are not responsible for UZZU.tv's service, content, availability, or any disputes between you and UZZU.tv.

Subscription Terms                                                                                   

• ZuZu Stream subscription: $3.99/month after 7-day free trial                                          

• Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase                                  

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period                                                                  

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions                                 

• No refunds for partial billing periods    

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining a valid UZZU.tv subscription

• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose

• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access any content through UZZU.tv

• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding streaming content in your jurisdiction

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ZuZu Stream application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Magnaventa LLC. UZZU.tv and related marks are property of their respective owners.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR 

IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the App

• Compatibility with UZZU.tv's services (which may change without notice)

• The availability, quality, or legality of any content accessed through UZZU.tv

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGNAVENTA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE  FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,  INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.

We are not liable for:

• UZZU.tv service outages or changes

• Content provided by UZZU.tv

• Your inability to access UZZU.tv services

• Any actions taken by UZZU.tv regarding your account

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnaventa LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of OHIO, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
